Carmel Valuation LLC provides valuation services for tax, accounting, business operations, and legal purposes. Our clients rely on our expert valuations for charitable contributions, estate and gift taxation, financial reporting and compliance, financing, and litigation; Encompassing all classes of equity/invested capital and intangible/tangible assets on a national and global basis.

Valuation services are our only business; we provide national and international reach and expertise.

We are accredited members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants is the national professional organization of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) in the United States, with more than 428,000 members in 130 countries. Founded in 1887 as the American Association of Public Accountants (AAPA), the organization sets ethical standards and U.S. auditing standards.  

The American Society of Appraisers, the largest multi-discipline appraisal organization in the United States. The society was founded in 1936, and is one of the eight founding member organizations of The Appraisal Foundation; the valuation standards, ethics, and qualifications body for the United States.

Additionally, we are accredited members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London UK, founded in 1868. There are RICS-qualified professionals in over 140 countries, comprising more than 120,000 members worldwide.

Members in all professional societies are subject to a mandatory, recurring re-accreditation process. To re-certify they must provide proof of professional growth through continuing education, participation in society activities, and the completion of updated USPAP and Ethics education.

All our work is performed under the guidelines and requirements of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Statement on Standards for Valuation Services (SSVS), the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the International Valuation Standards (IVS); the guideline professional standards for valuation professionals worldwide.
